- Initial Fee (1st January – 31st March 2025): $198 for three months.
- Ongoing Fees (1st April 2025 onwards): $198 for every six months
(subject to any significant variations in US$ exchange and venue hire cost)
Payment Options:
- Pay upfront via bank transfer.
- Spread payments over four months using Afterpay or a credit card.
Where Does Your Money Go?
Your membership fees directly support the club’s operations and member experience. Here’s a breakdown:
1. Toastmasters International Dues
A significant portion covers your membership with Toastmasters International, providing access to:
- The Pathways Education Program: A world-class public speaking and leadership curriculum.

- Breakdown of Fees:
- US$120 (approx. NZ$200) for yearly dues to Toastmasters International.
- US$20 for new members, including access to their first Pathways project.
2. Venue Hire
We meet at Scott Point School, a premium venue offering:
- Safe, well-lit parking, right next to the entrance.
- A kitchen and breakout areas.
- Full AV facilities for an engaging meeting experience, if needed.
3. Light Refreshments
Your fees contribute to providing tea, coffee, and snacks at each meeting, fostering a welcoming environment.
4. Administrative Costs
This includes:
- Bank fees.
- Supplementary materials that enhance your Toastmasters experience.
