By December 2024, we aim to:
- Graduate 50 Speechcrafters from the Hobsonville area.
- Grow to 25 active members participating in regular club activities.

- Be ready to charter as an official Toastmasters club.
By June 2025, we aim to:
- Achieve President’s Distinguished Club status, a testament to our commitment to excellence.
- Have members actively participating in Area and Division contests, showcasing their skills and representing our club with pride.
