What is Speechcraft?
10-week, confidence-building speaking programme run through Toastmasters — practical, supportive, and structured.
What will I actually do each week?
You’ll practise short speeches, impromptu speaking (Table Topics), and get feedback that helps you improve fast.
How is the programme delivered?
Every second week is a Speechcraft workshop. The alternate weeks you join a normal Toastmasters meeting to practise in a real environment.
Will I get support or mentoring?
Yes. You’ll have guidance from experienced members, a clear roadmap, and regular encouragement so you don’t get stuck.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. This is designed for beginners — and it also works brilliantly for professionals who want to sharpen their speaking and leadership presence.

How Speechcraft Public Speaking Course -from Hobsonville Toastmasters Works
(It’s Simpler Than You Think)

Speechcraft is designed to help you build confidence step by step — without pressure and without overwhelm.
You won’t be speaking every week, and you’ll never be thrown in the deep end. The programme alternates between guided Speechcraft sessions and normal Toastmasters meetings, so you can grow at a comfortable pace.
What Does a Typical Week Look Like?
Sessions are structured, friendly, and run to time.
Some weeks include a short workshop. Other weeks you’ll join a normal Toastmasters meeting to observe, practise, and participate at your own pace.
You’ll always know in advance what’s happening and what’s expected — no surprises.
